GUESTHOUSE DESCRIPTION
Ground floor:
Large, with sofa, 48 "LED TV and elegant 8-seater table with large sideboard where you will find everything you need for breakfast
Fully equipped, with fridge, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave oven
Double bed and private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
First floor:
Attic with double bed and 2 single beds and private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
Guests will have the entire villa at their disposal during their stay if they book the 2 bedrooms at the same time, otherwise they will have the bedroom with the respective private bathroom available and will share the common area of the Lounge / Dining room with the other guests of the Guesthouse. Lunch.
Guests will have their total privacy, they will find everything they need for breakfast in the dining room and for any need they can contact us (directly in the Studio or by phone) at any time.
Small villa immersed in the splendid landscape of the Roman castles a few kilometers from the capital. The center of Grottaferrata, full of restaurants, bars, shops and any commercial activity, is easily reachable on foot.
At 50 meters from the cottage there are 2 Cotral stops to reach the main underground lines of Rome (Anagnina).
In Frascati, about 2 km from the villa, there is a train station with connections to and from Roma Termini.
About 5km from the villa, there is the Monteporzio Catone motorway entrance for the direction of Naples and Milan.
Ciampino airport is 15 minutes away and Fiumicino International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away.
