  • Are there any differences in results between an attended session mastering at Forward Studios and an online mastering?

    There is no difference in quality, the only differences between these forms of mastering concern the interaction with the client.

  • How long does it take to get my song finished?

    From the receipt of the files, it will take approximately 5 working days for Mastering and an additional 3 days if the Mixing service is requested.

  • What if I need to get my song quickly?

    Simply contact us by email at info@forwardstudios.it to discuss the timing and any additional costs.

  • If there are technical problems during an Attended session, is there a recovery plan?

    If unresolvable technical problems arise during the session, a rescheduled session will be arranged at another time or date to be agreed upon between the client and our booking office.

  • If I want to make changes after the Attended Session has concluded, will I have to pay any new costs?

    Yes, you will have to book a new session at the scheduled cost.

  • Are the services purchased on your store billable?

    Of course, you simply need to provide all your tax information when placing your order, including your SDI code and/or certified email address, if applicable.

  • How can I pay for Online and Attended services?

    Via PayPal, credit cards, or bank transfer.

  • What are the optimal mix levels for better mastering?

    There is no standard rule. We recommend providing an audio file in the range -18 LUFS -14 LUFS.

  • What if I need further clarification?
